Plantora Terms of Use
Last updated: May 5, 2026. These terms apply to the Plantora landing page and the current Plantora product experience.
By accessing the Plantora website or using the Plantora app, you agree to use the service lawfully and in line with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using Plantora.
Plantora provides plant identification, personal garden management, and daily care planning features on supported mobile devices.
Plantora may be used through a guest session or through Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity associated with your device or account, and for keeping access to your device secure.
Some Plantora features depend on device permissions such as camera access and access to the photo library. If these permissions are denied, related features may not work as expected.
You may not misuse Plantora, interfere with normal operations, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service in a way that harms other users, infrastructure, or intellectual property.
Plant suggestions, care recommendations, and identification results are provided to support everyday plant care. They should be treated as guidance rather than a guarantee, diagnosis, or professional horticultural advice.
We may suspend access if misuse, abuse, or legal risk is detected. Logged-in users may also delete their account from within Plantora when that feature is available in the app.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of Plantora after updated terms are published means you accept the revised version.
