Terms for scanning, creating, and styling QR codes.

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and TrueLive Apps. They govern your use of the QR Scanner & Barcode mobile application, this website, and related support services.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Apple App Store, Google Play, and other platform terms may also apply.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use QR Scanner & Barcode on devices you own or control for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable store rules.

You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass security or subscription mechanisms, misuse advertising or access controls, scrape or disrupt our systems, or use the Services to create or distribute malware, phishing, deceptive destinations, unlawful content, or harmful instructions.

QR codes and barcodes are created by third parties and may contain inaccurate, malicious, offensive, or unsafe content. QR Scanner & Barcode helps decode and present information but does not endorse or verify it.

Review a decoded URL, recipient, network, location, payment destination, or other action before continuing. You are responsible for deciding whether to open a link, join Wi-Fi, send a message, make a payment, install software, or share information.

We do not guarantee that every code can be recognized. Results depend on format, image quality, lighting, damage, camera, printing, size, and design.

You retain your rights in text, images, logos, prompts, contact details, and other content you provide. You give us and our processors a limited license to host, process, transmit, and reproduce that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and improve the feature you request and to comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for your content and its intended use. You are responsible for the content encoded in, linked from, or visually included in a QR code, and for testing the final result before publication or printing.

Do not use QR Scanner & Barcode to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or privacy-invasive material.

Templates, colors, logos, frames, and other customization can make a QR code harder to scan. Always test the exported code on multiple devices and at the intended size and medium.

We do not guarantee readability, print quality, permanence, compatibility, uniqueness, or fitness for any particular campaign or use case.

The free version may include advertising. QR Scanner & Barcode Premium may remove in-app ads and unlock premium tools, templates, or styles. Features may vary by platform, app version, region, or plan and may change as the Services evolve.

Premium does not remove third-party content you choose to open and does not disable operational services that are reasonably required for subscriptions, security, analytics, or diagnostics.

The app may offer weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Before purchase, the app-store checkout displays the plan, local price, billing period, taxes where applicable, and any trial or introductory-offer eligibility.

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your store account before the current period ends, subject to the store's timing rules.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You can manage Apple subscriptions at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions and Google Play subscriptions at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple or Google policies unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The Services rely on or link to third parties, including Apple, Google, Firebase, AdMob, RevenueCat, websites, maps, messaging apps, social platforms, and payment destinations. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of their services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. By using the Services, you acknowledge that policy. Permissions remain subject to your device controls.

The Services, excluding your separate content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app name, software, artwork, templates, interface, branding, or other materials.

If you voluntarily send ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, but we are not required to use them.

We may add, remove, or change features, stop supporting a platform, or suspend all or part of the Services. Where practical and legally required, we will provide notice of material changes.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided as is and as available. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueLive Apps and its affiliates, licensors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business, or opportunity arising from the Services, external QR content, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Before filing a formal claim, you and QR Scanner & Barcode agree to try to resolve the dispute by emailing [email protected] and allowing a reasonable time for response, unless urgent relief or applicable law makes that inappropriate.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective and the affected provision will be limited to the minimum necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

If you downloaded QR Scanner & Barcode from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and TrueLive Apps, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its content; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required by Apple's standard licensed application terms.
