Snaplang Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2, 2026. These terms apply to the Snaplang landing page and the current Snaplang product experience.
By accessing the Snaplang website or using the Snaplang app, you agree to use the service lawfully and in line with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using Snaplang.
Snaplang provides photo-based language learning, bilingual sentence generation, vocabulary and grammar support, audio playback, pronunciation practice, saved libraries, group learning features, usage limits, rewarded ad options, and premium subscription access on supported devices.
Snaplang may be used through a guest session or through supported sign-in methods such as Google, Apple, or email. You are responsible for activity associated with your device, guest session, or account, and for keeping access to your device and account secure.
Some features depend on device permissions such as camera, photo-library, microphone, notification, and optional photo metadata access. Snaplang asks for permission before accessing these device features. If these permissions are denied, related features may not work as expected.
You are responsible for photos, recordings, profile details, group submissions, and other content you provide. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or invasive of another person's privacy.
When you use photo-based lessons or pronunciation practice, Snaplang may send the photos you choose or capture, necessary photo metadata, generated learning text, language settings, and voice recordings or speech data to third-party AI processing providers, including OpenAI and Microsoft Azure Speech, to generate lessons, evaluate pronunciation, and operate the requested feature. Please review the Privacy Policy for more detail before using these features.
AI-generated sentences, translations, explanations, pronunciation feedback, grammar notes, and learning suggestions are provided for educational support. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice.
Group rooms, invite codes, shared rounds, likes, and share cards are intended for respectful learning. You may not harass others, impersonate people, expose private information without permission, or disrupt group operations.
Snaplang may offer free daily usage, rewarded ads for extra usage, and premium subscriptions for expanded access. Subscription billing, trials, cancellation, renewal, and refund handling are managed through the relevant app store or payment provider unless otherwise stated.
You may not misuse Snaplang, interfere with normal operations, scrape or attack the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, bypass usage limits, exploit ads or subscriptions, or use the service in a way that harms users, infrastructure, or intellectual property.
We may suspend or restrict access if misuse, abuse, legal risk, or security risk is detected. Signed-in users with an email address may delete their account in the app by confirming a deletion OTP. After successful deletion, old access and refresh tokens become invalid, and the same email or social provider may be used again to create a new account.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of Snaplang after updated terms are published means you accept the revised version.
